Hospital Protocols from "The Happy Hospitalist"

As an experiment, The Happy Hospitalist has posted some of the protocols and order sets he uses to Google Docs. He's invited other physician's to comment and help improve them. The protocols include:

• VTE Prophylaxis
• Stroke/TIA
• Severe Sepsis
• Community Acquired Pneumonia
